My experience with Quality Auto Body was nothing short of a nightmare. After being involved in a minor accident, I took my car to this shop hoping for quality repairs and professional service. However, what I received was far from satisfactory.Firstly, the customer service was appalling. The staff was rude and dismissive, showing little regard for my concerns about the repair process. Communication was virtually nonexistent, leaving me in the dark about the status of my vehicle for weeks on end.When I finally received my car back, I was shocked at the poor quality of the workmanship. The paint job was uneven and clearly mismatched, making my car look worse than it did before the accident. It was evident that corners had been cut, and no attention to detail was paid during the repair process.To make matters worse, several mechanical issues arose shortly after getting my car back from Quality Auto Body. It's clear that their technicians lack the necessary expertise to perform comprehensive repairs, leaving customers with vehicles that are not only cosmetically damaged but also mechanically compromised.Overall, I would strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to Quality Auto Body. Their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and disregard for customer satisfaction make them a subpar choice for any auto repair needs. If ur looking for Honesty and People Who truly care about ur vehicle , Look No more!! ... i recently had my car fixed here from someone crashing into me and it needed a Full Paint Job. The Crew at Quality Auto did an Amazing job! My car being a Candy Color' they were able to match the paint n it looks Gorgeous!I couldn't be any more happier.Highly recommend you bringing ur Car into Quality Auto they will sure get the job done right!

They are con artists and left my car in shambles. Holes all over the place didn’t replace trunk liner, installed my sun visors backwards.

Horrible shop. They did a horrible job on my vehicle and over charged me on top of that.
